I’m Kelly — a warm, grounded, emotionally attuned counsellor who helps individuals and couples understand themselves more deeply, break old patterns and create healthier ways of connecting.

My style is direct but gentle, practical but intuitive. I listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help you see what’s happening beneath the surface so real change can begin — the kind that lasts.

I specialise in couples therapy, communication, conflict patterns, intimacy blocks, shutdown responses and the deeper emotional layers that drive behaviour. I also support clients navigating ADHD, burnout, identity shifts, overwhelm, anxiety, trauma patterns and big life transitions.

Over the years, I’ve blended counselling with a range of mind–body and evidence-based tools — including hypnotherapy, EFT, creative processes, meditation and nervous system regulation — to support clients in a holistic, realistic and human way.

Should I get a GP Mental Health Plan?

Quick Answer: No.

Unless you are a Medicare Provider (in which counsellors are not included), the medicare rebate cannot be claimed.
